How did this turkey goodness come to be?

it all started with a dream and a whole lot of flavor.

THe Og, Sid, & Chris Bray

It all began on a summer day in 1979. Sid Bray, found himself with some extra smoked turkey after a day at the restaurant. Inspired, he fine-chopped the turkey, creating a unique spread unlike any other. He shared his creation with friends at the lake, and the rave reviews spoke for themselves.

This simple act of ingenuity sparked a legacy. Today, Bray Gourmet's Smoked Turkey Spread continues to be a beloved tradition, crafted with the same passion and dedication to quality that started it all.

Fast forward to 2016, and we decided to take things to the next level. Jack Bilger joined to establish and grow the wholesale division of Bray Gourmet. We opened a USDA kitchen specifically for manufacturing our smoked turkey dip, allowing us to share our creation with a wider audience. Our dedication to quality and taste didn’t stop there. In 2019, we partnered with a manufacturer to help us scale up our production. Today, you can find Bray Gourmet Original, Jalapeño, and Cajun Smoked Turkey Dips & Spreads in Kroger stores across Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, and Tennessee, Sam’s Clubs in Central Arkansas, and Costco stores in Texas!
