Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012.  Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years mastering the restaurant business. 

Our deli serves homemade soups, fresh salads, quarter-pound sandwiches, fully-loaded spuds, and delicious wraps.

We specialize in smoked turkey spreads (variations include Original, Jalapeno and Cajun), smoked deli meats, and any possible to-go deli needs.



Bray Gourmet Specialties opened a USDA kitchen in 2017. This kitchen was used for manufacturing our products for wholesale. In 2019 we partnered with a manufacturer to help us grow. Our Original and Jalapeno Smoked Turkey Salads are available in Kroger stores in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
