Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012. Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years mastering the restaurant business.
Our deli serves homemade soups, fresh salads, quarter-pound sandwiches, fully-loaded spuds, and delicious wraps.
We specialize in smoked turkey spreads (variations include Original, Jalepeno, Cajun, and Dill), smoked deli meats, and any possible to-go deli needs.
Bray Gourmet opened a second location in the CARTI cancer facility off John Barrow Road in October of 2015. This location specializes in a comfortable atmosphere including indoor and patio seating and catering to all your lunch needs.

Bray Gourmet Specialties has its own USDA kitchen, separate from the deli locations. This kitchen is used for manufacturing our gourmet products for wholesale.
